If you're after the full Living in San Carlos experience, this is your place, our cozy apartment decorated in local theme and featuring original murals is located inside the gated community of Tecalai, where long term rentals have the possibility of gaining access to the pickleball court and pool area for an extra fee. Besides great view, privacy and security, Pelicanos Place has a privileged location within San Carlos Town, we are at walking distance from the beach and several other amenities.

Perched on the mountain, the hill house with king size bed has three large windows and view deck that look out over the desert valley and the National Marine Park. The house is located at the end of a road which ads to the peaceful and quiet character of Cabo Pulmo, but is close enough and within a 10 minute walking distance to dive shops, restaurants and hiking trails. This unit has Starlink. The house is not set up for parties, loud music and children under 12 years old. Parking is on site.

Located on 5 acres in the San Pedro National Riparian Area, take in the sights of the Sonoran Desert or the restaurants and shops of Bisbee, Sierra Vista, & Tombstone. A quick 15 minute drive gets you right into SV. We are a 5 minute walk to Riparian Area Trailheads and a short drive from the Huachuca Mountains. Or sit on our patio and enjoy the deer, hummingbirds, & quail that stop by!

Yet it is near the center of town, steps away from restaurants and outdoor activity providers. We appreciate that traveling during the pandemic can be daunting. We take cleanliness and sanitation most seriously. We have put a minimum of 2 days between guests. During that time, we will clean, sanitize and ventilate the property.

The casita shares the property with our eco-build main house. Bike from the casita to beautiful mountain biking trails or drive 10 mins to the surf /swim break at Cerritos.
