It has a pvt. balcony and is centrally located within a block of the free shuttle that takes you to the mountain. There is 1 queen bed and a queen size pull out for up to 4 guests. The unit is walking distance to grocery stores, bars and restaurants. Sorry no pets allowed by the HOA.

My studio condo is great for couples, solo travelers, guests who work remotely, small families and guests with well behaved pets. (no additional pet fee). Do not leave pets alone inside. Access by car to several lakes for fishing, hiking, horseback riding, and mountain biking. Use the pellet stove to keep you warm during the cold days/nights.
