The view of the mountain on the right side, the sea on the left side and the public park/parking in front, make up an ideal landscape. Situated in Kos coastline (Marmari area), just 3 minutes walk from the sandy beach, 1 minute from bus stop and 20 minutes drive from the city center of Kos island. You also have your own balcony overlooking the garden. Enjoy!

Bu ferah ve dingin mekânda endişelerinizi unutun. Tüm bilindik üç gen evleri unutun rusya'dan özel olarak getirttiğimiz Rus çamları ile donatılmış bir bungalov tesisimize geldiğinizde sizi mis gibi bir ağaç kokusuyla karşılıyor tüm ferahylığıyla size huzur dolu bir tatil diliyoruz üstelik denize yürüme mesafesi 1 dakika :) Tesisimizde toplam 4 adet yan yana bungalov bulunmaktadır. Rezarvasyon yoğunluğu ve müsaitlik durumuna göre giriş-çıkış tarihlerinde misafirlerimize müsait bungalov verilir.

Evimiz 2022 yilinda tamamen yenilenmis olup, modern mimari bir tasarima sahiptir. Tüm odalarinda Ege Denizi'nin muhtesem manzarasi mevcuttur. Dubleks olan evimizin birinci katinda acik mutfak oturma odasi ve tuvalet mevcuttur. Ikinci katta ise 2 adet yatak odasi, 1 adet giyinme odasi, banyo, ve teras balkon bulunmaktadir. Giyinme odasinda da ihtiyac halinde kullanilacak yatak vardir. Her iki yatak odasindan da balkona cikis bulunmaktadir. Yaz aylarinda gundogumu ve gunbatimi izlenebilmektedir.

Kiralık konutumuz gümüşlük’te 2.000 m2 arsa içerisinde ana ev ve misafir evinden oluşmaktadır. Ana evde 3 oda , 2 banyo , mutfak ve teras mevcut Misafir evi bir oda bir banyo, salon, mutfak ve terasdan oluşmaktadır. Düz ayak girişi mevcuttur. Tamamen gürültüden uzak huzur dolu bir yerleşim yeri. 50 m2 özel havuzu bulunmaktadır. Bütün bu iki evin kullanımları kiralayana aittir. Otel gümüşlük de tarafımıza aittir. konuklarımız iskontolu kahvaltı ve diğer öğünlerden faydalanabilirler.

Ev sıfırdır. Hiç kullanılmamıştır. 24 saat sıcak su, Vrf ısıtma ve soğutma sistemi mevcuttur.

Our house is a 20 minute walk to the seaside. We are living downstairs with two cats and a big dog. I'm writer, my husband is painter. İt's in a quiet and calm region surrounded by greenery and flowers. If you think they can deal with our animals you can bring your pets with you. And the house is not not suitable for children under 15 years of age. IMPORTANT NOTE: The house and the neighbourhood would not be convenient or suitable for conservative family.
