Hiking, biking, and water sports in the spring, summer and fall. National Park, Black Canyon of the Gunnison is 6 miles away. For the winter traveler we have three ski resorts an hour away in each direction. And as always, sightseeing in the fresh mountain air can’t be beat! Our bedding is top notch as well as our towels!

We call it 'the Alley House' - located in the heart of Gunnison, immediately across from the campus of Western Colorado University. Three blocks from downtown and directly across from the bus stop to The Crested Butte Ski area. In case you need them, we provide a pack-and-play as well as a single air mattress, along with bedding.
