La villa est située dans un quartier familial, calme et très sécurisé. Vous serez charmés par sa proximité avec la mer (20 minutes à pied de Grand Colombier) et une minute en voiture de flamands. Situé à 5 mins en voiture de Gustavia et de l’aéroport, vous pourrez profiter facilement des boutiques et restaurants.
