Täielikult renoveeritud ja värskelt sisustatud puidust mõnus väikemaja Haapsalu piiril. Oma õuga krunt paikneb vaikses suvilapiirkonnas ning sobib rahulikuks puhkuseks paarile või üksikrändajale. Suvisel ajal avaneb hoovis telkimisvõimalus ja tulla saab ka veidi suurema pundiga.Majast 400m kaugusel asub suurem toidukauplus ja 200m kaugusel romantiline mõisapark. Haapsalu vanalinn on 30-40 min jalutuskäigu kaugusel, kuhu saab ka liinibussiga (peatus 100m) või Forus/Bolti takso või e-tõukerattaga.

This place has it all - modern and new appliances and accessories, nice trendy furniture. Wifi, Netflix, Disney+, Telia TV, toys for kids and even xBox. Full size kitchen with all necessary for cooking and family meals. Rain shower, heated bathroom floors, washer/dryer unit, hair products etc. Bedroom fits 2 adults and a baby (upto 3 yrs), livingroom fits 2 adults.

Talu hoovis, metsaäärne omaette hoovialaga pisike kamina, elektri ja veega 12m² puhkemaja. Majakeses sees on vaid magamiskohad, peamaja küljes päikeseküttega välidush, wc ja vann. Võimalik kasutada ka metsa all eraldi asuvat sauna. P.s. territooriumil vabalt ringiliikuvad kanad, kitsed, lambad ja muud koduloomad. Sobib kõige paremini natukene metsikumaid ja naturaalsemaid elamusi hindavale paarile, kes väärtustavad ehedust rohkem kui mugavust. Ei ole peopidamiskoht vaid rahulikult olemiseks.

Welcome to the most seaside houses in Estonia! The serene nature of mini villa blends in with the surrounding nature, offering invigorating surroundings and breath-taking views of the sea. The mini villa is located directly on the coastal shore overlooking the scenic sea. The bed, kitchen, living room and even the shower all open up directly onto the island-studded bay. Mini villa has dark tinted glass (not mirror glass), letting the colors and light of nature vividly directly into the room.

Ühel pool paistab aknast raudtee ja vedurid, teisel pool meri ja muul. Maja on nutivaba – puuduvad wifi ja teler. Selle asemel ootavad sind vinüülplaadid, projektor ja inspireerivad raamatud. Ideaalne paik rahulikuks, ajaloohõnguliseks puhkuseks. Siin aeg peatub, vaikus kõneleb.... saab päriselt puhata, hingata ja olla kohal.😊

Avatud köögi, walk-in garderoobi, kahe magamistoa, avara vannitoa ning saunaga 100 m2 korter mahutab mugavalt neli inimest. Elutoa lahtikäiv diivan võimaldab paigutada kaks lisa magamiskohta. Meretuultele avatud rõdu on parim paik õhtupäikese ja imeilusate loojangute nautimiseks. Korter asub 5-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel Haapsalu vanast piiskopilinnusest, rannapromenaadist, restoranidest ja kauplustest.

Korteri juurde kuulub ka rõdu vaatega lossitornile ja vanalinna majakestele. Lisaks saavad külalised kasutada suveõhtute nautimiseks meie privaatset sisehoovi. Rohkem vanalinna südames paikneda ei saakski - kiviviske kaugusel on nii promenaad, Väike Viik kui linnus. Tere tulemast!

A luxury apartment built in to the woods. From the apartment it is often possible to observe wild animals. Jacuzzi is included. A la carte breakfast can be served for extra fee of 18€ per person. Private beaches to complete the luxury experience. Rowing boat rent on the lake is included. For additional service (250€ for a day) it is possible to enjoy traditional Estonian smoke sauna on the island. Preparing it takes approx. 8-9h, so 2 days notice would be required.
