De begane grond van een pand uit 1900 in de autoloze, 'groene', Vroomstraat. De verbouwing is net afgerond en het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Er is een oven, vaatwasser, wasmachine, droger en espressomachine. Er is aan de achterzijde een (kleine) tuin aanwezig. Het is daarnaast erg fijn om de avondzon aan de voorzijde mee te pakken.
