Mill River Cottage (pet friendly!)

Welcome to our peaceful and unique urban farm cottage. We are located in historic Florence, Massachusetts (a part of Northampton). While our place is no longer a working farm, the cottage was created many years ago to support the main dwelling. It has been modernized to offer every comfort while maintaining its cozy aesthetic. Free parking & lighted access to the cottage. The cottage is a private space where you can come and go as you please. Relax and unwind or head out to explore the area!

Bright, newly renovated, luxuriously furnished, tree-lined flat a few steps from Northampton's vibrant downtown. Sliding glass doors open to a lovely balcony overlooking trees and roofs. Open floor plan, eat-in butcher-block kitchen, dishwasher, living room with movie projector, home theater system, queen pullout sofa. Spacious queen bedroom with 42" HDTV, private study nook. Access to yard areas with outdoor dining table, heated 36-ft pool, play gym. Basement washer/dryer. Off-street parking.

This is a private, clean, comfortable apartment with New pillow top mattress for 1 person with separate entrance in our new home. You will have the space to yourself. We are a mile from downtown near the bike path, the mill river, and Smith college. Private bathroom with a shower; kitchen basics: fridge, microwave, toaster, teapot, pour over coffee. Wifi and smart tv. Sunny with central air in the summer warm and cozy in the winter. Walk or ride a bike to town. We’re located in Village Hill.

Cozy Hilltown Cottage

Enjoy a peaceful stay in this cozy, creative space. Set on 10 acres of gardens and woods, this cottage is perfectly located to explore Western Massachusetts - with places like MASS MoCA, Shelburne Falls, Tanglewood and Northampton all within a 30min to 1 hour drive. Upstairs is a queen bed and full bath, while downstairs features a functional kitchen, work desk, grand windows, and a living space with full sleeper sofa. We live in the main house on property but respect your privacy-see photos!

Just Be Cabin

Small, rustic cabin in the woods behind our home. The cabin has electricity, but no running water. Drinking and cooking water are provided from a hand pumped container. The cabin is a beautiful place to slow down, connect to nature and one's self. If you love to camp, you will love the cabin. It is the perfect locale for a personal retreat. We are happy to arrange a yoga class at our home studio as well. It is like a tree house, where all are welcome to come, simplify life and just be.

The Tiny House at Milestone Farm is a cozy farm retreat loaded with modern conveniences. Designed as a romantic escape for couples to relax and enjoy the tranquility of the farmlands while viewing the beautiful Holyoke range. Sweet Retreat minutes from Northampton & Amherst

Our home is in Hadley, MA which is less than 5 minutes from Amherst and 10 minutes from Northampton. Amherst is home to the flagship campus of University of Massachusetts, Amherst College and Hampshire College. Northampton is home to Smith College and in nearby South Hadley is the campus of Mount Holyoke College. Hadley is known for it's farmlands and open spaces. Northampton is a vibrant arts community that overflows with great restaurants, shops, cafes, music venues and galleries.

The reviews say it all! We'll make you comfortable in our classy, colorful and convenient basement garden apartment on the Hadley/Amherst line. Close proximity to all schools in the Five College Consortium, we are surrounded by the fertile farmlands, beautiful mountains and happy valley....with a view of the UMass campus a mile away as the crow flys. Culture abounds! Due to families traveling from afar during graduation weekends, we require a 3 night minimum.

This quiet option is less than two miles from the center of downtown Amherst, a thriving college town with museums, libraries, small stores, restaurants for every budget, hiking trails galore. We offer a relaxing, TV-free space in a friendly, safe, residential neighborhood. Five minute walk to 2 bus stops. If you are looking for some privacy with access to western Mass., you've found it!
