This is a playful private apartment that resembles a secret base. The rooms have bouldering, hammocks, and skylights. There are 4 rooms, all on the second floor. Bedding is provided in the form of a futon on a small tatami mat. Each room is independent and can be rented out, so you are free to bring your own items. However, we ask that you refrain from bringing in smoky or smelly items into the room. Instead, you can enjoy BBQ outside in the garden when the weather is nice.

It is located across the road of Sakka slope in Happo One ski resort. Ski resort can be fully enjoyed at ski resort with distance 100 m, 1 min walk and the best location. There are also bars and restaurants within walking distance. Winter sports, town walking, Hakuba winter please enjoy.

The Alps Retreat is a modern duplex consisting of two 3 bedroom units. Each unit is suitable for groups of up to 6 people. They feature full underfloor heating, 2nd floor open plan living room and kitchen with vaulted ceiling and floor to ceiling windows in a beautiful forest setting. They are some of the closest of all our Hakuba accommodations to the lifts as it`s perched on the bluff next to Alps view chalet and less than 200 meters from the Happo gondola.

Located just across from Happo One Ski Resort, this apartment provides a convenient option for those looking to enjoy the slopes while staying in a cozy, well-appointed space.

The only true Ski In / Ski Out accommodation on Hakuba's signature Happo One Ski Resort. The front door opens out onto the slopes and you can ski down to the lift ticket office and the Kita One Quad Lift. At the end of the day it is an easy run direct to the doorstep. The Alpine condos consist of 2 three bedroom units. Each sleeps a maximum of 8 guests, with single beds and bunk beds. Each unit has large bay windows that look out on the Sakka area.
