Excellent central location, close to the vibrant North end of Halifax, close to downtown Halifax, and easy access to the highway and public transportation. Close to Halifax shopping center. Beds are both Queen size. Plenty of on street parking and guests can park a vehicle in our driveway on the premises when the winter parking ban is in effect.

You will enter from the front door, private entrance and Airbnb is on second floor in my private home, close to downtown Halifax. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 sitting room and 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower. The sitting-room has table and chairs, microwave, small fridge, coffee maker, coffee, tea, BUT, "no kitchen". TV with cable and has WiFi - wireless. There is a heatpump in the sitting room that provides heat as air conditioning in that room. No parties allowed in the suite.

Newly built in 2021 as a place to hideaway in nature. Set on a private wooded 9 acre lot with lake access to Powers Pond. We have two Kayaks available for use. There are many walking trails on the property for you to explore nature! The contemporary and rustic features of the cottage highlight country living in Herring Cove Village, just 15 minutes to the city of Halifax. Stay put and relax in the hot tub or Herring Cove has hiking, sight seeing, ocean views, and local places to eat.
