Πρόκειται για ένα καινούργιο, όμορφο και ήσυχο διαμέρισμα στην Κασσάνδρεια Χαλκιδικής. Το ξεχωριστό που εχει να προσφέρει αυτό το διαμέρισμα είναι ένα μεγάλο ιδιωτικό μπαλκόνι που μπορούν να χρησιμοποιούν οι επισκέπτες είτε για χαλάρωση είτε για παιχνίδι σε περίπτωση που υπάρχουν παιδιά. Το μπαλκόνι διαθέτει μεγάλο τραπέζι, δύο ξαπλώστρες και όμορφη θέα στο πράσινο της Κασσάνδρειας και στο χωριό. Το κτήμα βρίσκεται σε ένα λόφο απέναντι απ'το Βυζαντινό κάστρο της Τορώνης και την φημισμένη της ακτή. Η βίλα προσφέρει απεριόριστη θέα σε θάλασσα και βουνό.
