Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Guesthouse on 65square meters. Newly built. 100m to the beach and 5,5km to Båstad (20min bikeride). 10km to vallåsen and kungsbygget for MTB. Högt belägen stuga med havsutsikt, Göökboet

En fräsch liten stuga för 2 personer (eller för den lilla familjen med max 2 barn) med en härlig utsikt mot havet, ca 7 km från Falkenbergs centrum och ca 600 meter från stor härlig sandstrand. Också nära till uppskattad skog.Stugan ligger på en liten kulle med ett härligt soldäck utanför och är utrustad som följer: ett rum med fullt utrustat litet pentry, matplats, bäddsoffa och våningssäng och Tv, internetuppkoppling, litet förrådsutrymme för kläder, väskor mm, dusch och toalett.

Halmstads minsta lillstuga, 150 meter från havet!

Stugan är 12,5 m2 x 2 innehållande ett pentry och vardagsrum samt litet WC med dusch (1,1x1,3 m) på bottenplan. I köksdelen finns vask, kylskåp, spishäll, Micro, kaffebryggare samt vattenkokare. På sovloftet, som du /ni når via en smal spiraltrappa finns en dubbelsäng. Obs. låg takhöjd, till nock ca 1.60 cm. Finns tillgång till egen uteplats med grill ( inkl. grillkol) två "brasse-stolar" , parkering för bil alt. cykel. Två cyklar finns även till låns utan extra kostnad.

A unique thatched house right at the waterfront. The view from the Balcony is nothing more than fabulous. The house has direct acces to the beach and the jetty. The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees. If you need a place to relax and enjoy the ocean, the luxery and the view in a exclusive environment, you have come to the right place.

"Elisabets lägenhet" 40 m till sjön med egen båt

Tystnad, lugn och ro! Vi vill dela med oss av vårt paradis. Tillgång till båt och grillplats och oändligt med grusvägar. En egen lägenhet som ligger i vår verkstadsdel precis utanför vårt bostadshus. Vandring och cykling i magisk natur. Jälluntoftaleden är 12 km låg och ligger nära. Abborrar och gädda i sjön. Fiber-nätet vid regniga dagar! Ni har tillgång till båt och ved. Inget fiskekort krävs.

Egen våning vid havet!

Rymlig våning med egen ingång i bostadshus i charmiga Påarp. Två sovrum samt bäddbara soffor i vardagsrummet. Eget badrum med dusch samt kök för enklare matlagning. Goda förbindelser till både Halmstad och Laholm, och endast 300 meter till havet. Observera att sängkläder och handdukar inte ingår, men kan tillhandahållas mot en avgift om 50kr/person.
