A very private, well appointed guest room, ensuite, kitchenette/laundry and lounge area with french doors opening to the swimming pool and river views beyond. The lounge features a large screen TV with Netflix, a pool table. There are 2 single beds in the lounge area. The kitchenette has a fridge, microwave, single element, electric wok, toaster, electric jug, tea and coffee. Accommodation for 10 guests is available booking all my rooms. Beautiful hideaway, amazing views over the Waikato river and farmland. A few minutes drive to the supermarket, Mystery Creek( Field days)Velodrome, and Hamilton City. Punnet cafe and a local 4 square ( convenience store) are walking distance, located directly on Te Awa river ride which is also a great walking path! This cottage has everything you need, including a full kitchen with dish drawer and oven, a washing machine and heat pump/Air con. All linen provided.
