All 4 seasons are beautiful here. Pro tip: Wake up early and observe the beautiful sunrise over the ocean. It is totally worth getting up early and will not disappoint.

Rockport is charming over the holidays with lights, music and shopping! This brand new waterfront apartment is in a historic home with onsite parking & a private entrance. Galleries, restaurants, coffee shops, live music and shopping on Bearskin Neck are steps away. Features full kitchen and bathroom with new applicances and fixtures. Living room has a loveseat, swivel chair, dining table, coffee table, roku TV, games, puzzles & books. Kitchen has a fridge, stove, oven, microwave and Keurig.

Beachfront Getaway

Welcome to your ocean view vacation spot. This ocean front studio has all you need for a true vacation. Directly across the street from North Beach. During high tide, head over to Hampton Beach, which is only about a mile away. Condo has a kitchenette, queen bed, and full-size pull-out sofa. Bring your flip flops, sunscreen and get ready to enjoy the sun and sand. Please note that there are cameras in the parking lot, lobby, and hallways leading to the condo. No cable, a smart TV with apps.

Come stay in the BEACH ESCAPE! Walk 1,000 feet to Seabrook Beach in New Hampshire. After a day at the beach, come back to relax on the balcony overlooking the marsh, watch the sunsets and fireworks. The condo sleeps up to 3-4 people with a full sized bed and full sleeper sofa, TV, WiFi, kitchenette, central AC, and 2 chairs. Walk to amazing restaurants steps away.
