With lots of space, it is private and fully equipped with all you might need for the perfect getaway, vacation, retreat, reunion, or a “just because” weekend! We DO NOT allow PARTIES where ALCOHOL is involved. NO PETS! A binder (on kitchen table) will have a plethora of information regarding your stay, local eateries, attractions. This newly remodeled retreat is located about 2 1/2 miles from the town of Sneedville on Prospect Ridge. It provides all the basic amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. You can sit on the porch and enjoy the view, go for a walk or just relax inside, reading or watching TV. Join us, unplug and relax.

Amazing tiny home situated on 23 very private acres, conveniently located just off main highway. Newly constructed in 2023, this modern studio offers an enormous amount of amenities including full kitchen, dual showers, hot tub, outdoor TV, high speed WiFi, multiple TV viewing services, outdoor dining set, grill, multiple fire features, mountain views, lots of room for short hikes or nature walks, area with sunset views only a short distance from the house, only 1.5 miles to riverfront park.

Your family will be close to everything at our home in the Eastern corner of Tennessee. It is centrally located to Sevierville, Bristol, Knoxville and Johnson City. Cherokee Lake and Holston River are within minutes if you like to fish or boat. Hiking, kayaking and other nature activity is all around us here in Tennessee. Virginia and North Carolina are just a short driving distance also. But if you’re simply looking for a place to unwind and relax then our home is the place for you!

You’ll love this cozy cabin because of the views, the location, the ambiance, the outdoors space, mostly because you have escaped the every day grinding. Come here and unplug & unwind. Go for a stroll, watch the cows graze, look up at the mountain, get refreshed and recharged. There is a fast fiber optic internet access. AND, the leaves in the fall = spectacular!
