Enjoy our remodeled (2021) farm and charm cabin with its rustic farm decor & its cozy and inviting atmosphere. With lots of space, it is private and fully equipped with all you might need for the perfect getaway, vacation, retreat, reunion, or a “just because” weekend! We DO NOT allow PARTIES where ALCOHOL is involved. NO PETS! A binder (on kitchen table) will have a plethora of information regarding your stay, local eateries, attractions. We hope you enjoy our little piece of country paradise!

Bring the whole family to this great retreat from the world with lots of room for fun on 333 acres with 5 miles hiking trails. Large kitchen, 6 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 living room area spaces one in the loft with ping pong. A large front porch with swing and patio with dining and seating with a view. We also have a firepit for bonfires. Ideal for families to come together to play and reconnect. Our driveway has an adjustable basketball net, pickleball and cornhole and we have a gym area.

Come stay with us in small town Sneedville, TN in a fully equipped comforting & cozy cottage. Our place is close to the Clinch River & a hidden gem waterfall known as Elrod Falls near by. You’ll love Cody Hollow for its outdoor spaces, the views, the location, & the ambiance. WIFI throughout the cottage. We are in a secluded area of mountains so cell phone reception is spotty depending on your carrier.
