Because Florida is warm and humid year-round, we keep the thermostat at 70°F by day and 67°F at night for proper cooling and comfort. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place! Welcome to a Beautiful Specious House with a Pool This well home is perfect for a small group, or family getaway in Largo, Florida. The home is one level and includes two bedrooms, two full bath, a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, plus a Florida room overlooking the pool area. We do provide regular towels and beach towels. There are six Beach Chairs with two umbrellas and a cooler for the beach. There are extra blankets and pillows.

Relax on the deck and watch the birds on the bird feeder or grab our bikes, beach chairs and head to the beach. Grill available. Please read house rules before booking.

UPDATE: This condo community was NOT affected by the hurricane. I am very fortunate. There was NO flooding or wind damage. Kick back and relax at this roomy 1 bed, 1 bath boho beach condo. This community offers a heated pool, bbq grills and reserved, onsite laundry and parking. Stroll down the sidewalk (half mile to beach) and take in the fresh, gulf breezes as you enjoy Indian Rocks Beach. Beautiful sunsets, amazing food and a calm, relaxing beach community awaits you!
