Access snowmobile and ATV trails just across the lake! Enjoy the hot tub and views of the sunrise over the lake year-round with kayaks and swimming in the lake during the summer months. The strategically placed windows provide stunning views of the surrounding forest and encourage natural airflow. In my opinion there is not many places that surpass this idyllic location.

Or, get the gang together with a full send on the slopes and relax in the private hot tub or in front of the wood-burning fireplace. Professionally designed by @greatlakesmodern (new photos coming!). Only a 3 min. drive to downtown Harbor Springs or walk or bike to town. About a 10 minute drive to either Nub's Nob or The Highlands.
