The house is all under the same roof yet each bedroom has a full bathroom, full kitchen, and private entry from the outdoors. The second bedroom is also attached via a hallway to the main house. The house has A/C throughout using 3 split air units. Very short walk to the Pink Sand Beach, restaurants, and Romora Bay marina for sunsets, food, & drinks... Pls note the crows nest is currently not available to use.

Cotton Tree was built by a British sea captain in 1846, and it is full of charm and reminders of an island cottage. This historic Harbour Island home on one if the most beloved streets on the island is situated in the heart of town, wihin walking distance of the best restaurants, shops, grocery stores and bakery. Cotton Tree is fully air conditioned. Features 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, living room with flat screen TV, Blu Ray DVD player. High speed internet and wifi access.
