The Chandler House with private waterfront.

(Long term discounted bookings available, inquire directly.) This newly renovated 3 bedroom/2 bath home is nestled on the tidal waters of Mason's Bay. The Chandler House boasts "all brand-new everything." We took this 1940's Craftsman Style home down to its studs. Brand new kitchen with with granite counters and all new LG appliances. New washer and dryer. High speed wifi with a 55" smart TV. The large rear deck has a hot outdoor shower. Beyond the orchard is the waterfront with a firepit!

Bayview Cottage on the Atlantic

Nestled at the head of Pigeon Hill Bay, our cottage is surrounded by 20 acres of fields, marshland, private walking paths, and a private pebble beach on the ocean with views of the Atlantic. Acadia National Park is nearby (1 hour plus) or take the ferry (20 minutes away) to BarHarbor. Acadia Park Schoodic Point is a must see (20 minutes). Enjoy our kayaks, our recommended day trips, blueberry picking, visiting white-tailed deer. For a full week stay we serve a lobster shore dinner for two.

Flower Farm Loft

When you arrive at the Flower Farm Loft you're greeted by our dogs, who will likely jump on you with muddy paws and request fetch and pets. You're immediately surrounded by flowers in our gardens and flower studio. The loft has big east facing windows that look over our farm and surrounding fields. You'll open the curtains in the morning to incredible sunrises over Kilkenny Cove, and end your nights at your private fire pit with immaculate star filled skies that will make it hard to go inside.

Edgewater Cabins #2

Edgewater is centrally located off of Route 1 (Schoodic Scenic By-way) in Sullivan Harbor. You can enjoy our beach and picnic tables on the wharf while surrounded by amazing views. You will find a tennis court just a short walk up our driveway. Nearby there are restaurants, local hiking trails, and Acadia National Park (20 min to Schoodic Point and 35 min to Acadia on Mount Desert Island). Boat rides around Frenchman's Bay are available from our dock. There's a 3 night minimum stay in Cabin 2.

Early Riser barn-loft on Organic farm near Acadia

A unique offering for those who want a true farm experience! A clean, rustic above-barn space. Farm animals live below-Winston the roo may crow (early!) Chadde our pet pig may grunt, chickens will cluck! There is a 2 burner stove, cold water sink seasonally(jugs provided in winter) a dorm fridge, and basic kitchen ware. Tea and coffee provided, veg & eggs for sale The shower is at the main house, and a bucket-style compost toilet is in the apartment. There’s a full bed and a fold out couch.

Beautiful coastal home feet from ocean with 1500 ft of water frontage with 180 views & private beach for picnics, canoeing & water sports.
