Brick patio with fireplace; covered back porch with bistro lighting. Riverfront park, playground two blocks away. Trail to boat ramp, fishing, Fort Duffield park, hike, bike trails.

House sits one one acre has 4 large diamond shaped windows, very large back patio with a deck off the MB. Heated & cooled with European style mini-splits individually controlled.

House is located in a gated, private community with a 320 acre lake up to 70 ft deep. Only pontoon boats and fishing boats permitted, ensuring a quiet lake experience and wake-free dock sitting. Two kayaks, canoe, paddle board and some basic fishing equipment for guest use. Pontoon rental by owner - separate contract.

We so enjoyed sitting on the screened porch in the bed swing, enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The house is well equipped and so comfortable. We appreciated that pets were allowed.
