The houses are on three levels and both houses are identical and placed opposite one another. On the basement, there is SPA center including sauna and bathroom. There is also six rooms on the with separate toilet and bathroom. On the second floor, there is spacious living room with fireplace, sofa and a large table for the capacity of the house. Moreover, there is fully equipped kitchen. Next to the living room is the a huge veranda with a barbecue and a large table overlooking the forest.

Holiday Home Vilata is located in the village zone of Kardjali, in close proximity to the city and in а very quiet place. The size of the villa is 120 m2. It has 2 single beds, a sofa, kitchen, bathroom and living room on the 1st floor and a double bed, a single bed and terrace on the 2nd floor.
