Other amenities include a washer/dryer, a fenced in backyard for your pets, a BBQ grill, and one secure parking space in the attached garage.

Although a basement apartment, it has a private driveway and entrance, and plenty of room with large windows in the bedrooms.

You will have the main level of the home that includes two large bedrooms and an extra large family room and living room. The outside is quaint with a terrific seating area and patio string lights to set the mood. All this and centrally located and close to Dunkin' Donuts. Basement unit is also rented and is a separate unit and has separate entry.
