This quiet neighborhood is easily accessible to some of Grand Island's best amenities including a 10 min WALK to Fonner Park, a 14 min WALK to Island Oasis Water Park, and a 5 min drive to downtown shops and restaurants. There are two Fire TV's to watch your favorite streaming shows. Other amenities include a washer/dryer, a fenced in backyard for your pets, a BBQ grill, and one secure parking space in the attached garage.

The Spacious Surprise is full of the unexpected. Beautifully decorated and comfortable, it offers a great location two blocks from the hospital, across the street from St. Cecilia, and within walking distance from all that downtown offers. It is on a quiet street with large green spaces. We allow up to two dogs with a pet fee to allow for extra cleaning expenses. Although a basement apartment, it has a private driveway and entrance, and plenty of room with large windows in the bedrooms.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room to roam. You will love the unique charm of this bungalow and all the space. You will have the main level of the home that includes two large bedrooms and an extra large family room and living room. The outside is quaint with a terrific seating area and patio string lights to set the mood. All this and centrally located and close to Dunkin' Donuts. Basement unit is also rented and is a separate unit and has separate entry.
