Relax on the blush corner couch under a surf-inspired gallery wall at a boutique retreat complete with ukulele's, a vinyl record player, yoga mats and all the Hawaiian coffee you can enjoy. The loft is located just a 1-minute walk from the quite beach in Kihei which is perfect for young kids to wade in the ocean. Wake up in the mornings and take a dip in the pool or hot tub and listen to the chirping of the tropical birds or the swaying of the palm trees in the breeze. Enjoy your warm evenings on the cozy lanai, drink in hand swinging in the egg-shaped chair while basking in the beauty of Maui Our loft is bright and airy and carefully curated with decor, furniture and accessories found on the island. Some of the features we love about our second home is the blush pink sofa, patio swinging chair with string marquee lights, the super comfortable beds, our nostalgic record player with a collection of Hawaiian vinyl and the two ukuleles we supply in the loft for the guests enjoyment. There's an air conditioner in the main living room with ceiling fans and tower fans in the bedrooms. There's two XL twin size beds in the downstairs bedroom but let us know in advance if you want our housekeeper to slide them together to make it another king size bed for you to enjoy. In the master bedroom there’s a king sized bed, dresser so you can settle in and an en-suite restroom. Board and card games (bananagrams, snakes & ladders, boggle, monopoly deal, candyland, scrabble, Dutch blitz, UNO) located in the TV stand and a collection of magazines, fiction novels and kid books in the wood cabinet next to the kitchen table for usage during your stay. We also supply Apple TV with super fast wifi so you have the comforts of home. If you have younger children we supply a pack and play, play pen sheets, a booster seat, baby gate, plastic dinnerware and hardcover kid books. Let us know and we will have our house keeper pull that out in advance for your usage. There’s 3 boogie boards available for usage, 2 large cooler bags, 4 beach towels, sand toys for the kids and 4 lounging beach chairs for your enjoyment. We want to know we’ve done everything possible to make your stay enjoyable and entertaining, so please let us know how we might accommodate to your needs and that of your family. We want to know we've exceeded your expectations for your stay at PRAY for SURF loft. You might be lucky and find a box of macadamia nut chocolates at the loft awaiting your arrival. Mahalo! The unit has access to a pool, hot tub, outdoor grille and kitchen, as well as a beautifully manicured central courtyard filled with palm trees and tropical fruit trees. Free parking is available for a single vehicle when renting our @PRAYforSURFloft. However, there is also free street parking surrounding the complex . Please feel free to contact us and let us know how your stay is. We want to ensure your vacation is amazing and that we can give you as many resources as possible. We have an on island representitive who lives in the complex as we reside in Canada but we are available by phone or texting. Kihei Garden Estates is a block away from a fantastic swimming beach with smooth, soft sand. Reach the island's best coffee shop called Akamai in 2 minutes, along with restaurants, gym, bike, scooter and car rentals, shave ice stall, post office, performance theatre, a dessert stop called Maui Pies, a grocery store that is open until 1am and quaint shops. Our neighbourhood is quiet and is full of more locals than tourists. We love our community. You can rent cars at the airport or at car rental shops in Kihei a couple blocks away from our condo. Another option is renting a cruiser bike and staying local during your stay. We don’t recommend scooter rentals as your safety is too important to us. There is a convenient bus route a few seconds away from the condo as well. Uber is available on the island but not as accessible as other cities. You can choose to rent an economical car at the airport or the rental shops we recommend. Some companies offer shuttle busses to and from the airport during open hours. Fill up for gas at Costco so remember your membership card! This small-quaint complex is really quiet as most people living here are year round locals either retired or who own it as a vacation home (like us). We are really cautious about the noise levels as we want to be respectful to our surrounding neighbours. So please be aware of the quiet hours from 10pm-8am and remember that people live below you. Voices carry when sitting on the lanai so be conscientious of your noise level when on the patio. Please be careful of how loud you walk inside the home as our neighbour below goes to bed at 8pm and wakes up at 5am. We don’t want to sound like a herd of elephants for them. Please be energy conscious and turn off electricity, air conditioners, fans and lights when out of the home as we want to be good to our planet. We’ve supplied the kitchen with tupperware and water bottles so that you can create less waste with plastic and styrofoam. One more planet saving tip. Spray sunscreen is killing our ocean wildlife so please consider using non toxic rub on cream sunscreen and not the spray style. Our beach and ocean life will respond by being vibrant and healthy for these small decisions we make in life. Mahalo!

With nature as its inspiration, this gorgeous home boasts natural wood furnishings accented by a designer decor for a stylish and exotic aesthetic. Just outside, the Puamana Community offers pools, tennis court, and other spaces for your enjoyment. Imagine your own little private, gated sanctuary, on the water … a stunningly lush paradise that is all yours. The warm, scented breeze … flowers … palm trees … exotic flora and fauna. It feels like you’re far from civilization as you relax at pool’s edge and gaze out over the Pacific just a few feet away, or the magnificent mountain backdrop. But, in reality, you’re only a few blocks away from the enticements of bustling Lahaina town; an historic whaling center chock full of great restaurants, shopping, and galleries. Puamana Nani is a 2 bedroom / 2.5 bath condominium. We’re telling you now to give savvy vacationers a heads up, (you will not regret it). And, until the construction is done on the new bypass complete in 2018, there’s highway noise from the backside of the development. We just keep the back windows and doors shut to block most of it out. Brand new AC keeps Puamana Nani cool and quiet! For outdoor enjoyment there's comfortable seating on the front lanai that has a slice of ocean view. Guests have free reign of the expansive Puamana Community complex's beautifully landscaped grounds, with its delightful fountain, pond, gazebo, and patio. The lavish amenities are completed by 3 pools, immaculate tennis courts, laundry facilities, a community grill, an exercise room, and friendly communal areas sprinkled throughout – perfect to relax or congregate. It’s quite easy to reserve the Puamana Clubhouse for family and friends. It’s the perfect spot to BBQ and enjoy drinks while watching the sun slowly disappear behind the crashing waves (sunsets are a daily occurrence!). Chris and I are a small “mom and pop” operation (literally). We take great pride in the personal service we provide for visitors from around the world. You’ll find that we take your vacation seriously, and offer as much hands-on attention to your visit as you can handle. We’re also heavily invested in our community. We enjoy stimulating the economy, providing jobs, and promoting local businesses in a cooperative way. We raised our kids here and, because of Maui’s extreme beauty and endless supply of outdoor activities, have been able to immerse ourselves in nature while creating great memories together. You just can’t put a price on family moments spent on this island because the quality of life is unparalleled. To explore local life, the town of Lahaina is a short drive away giving you access to many delicious local restaurants and charming cafes. Guests can ride bikes or walk into Lahaina for nightlife or daytime activities and great grinds! There are all kinds of benefits that you’ll find here - right in this tropical grotto where you live. Pressed up against the ocean on one side, and mountains in the other direction, it's a visual feast that nourishes the spirit. Spaciously spread out landscaped grounds, there are daily water sports out your front door, and amenities offered by Puamana Community. Take your pick among 3 pools, tennis courts, a club house with an ocean view exercise room, a commons area to gather with the family for BBQ's, or a sunset session with your favorite glass of wine. Take a little walk to Lahaina for all it has to offer; festivals, galleries, restaurants, live music day and night, and every variety of shops. Enjoy!

The ascetic touches of bronze sinks, local art, and custom carpentry will surely drop you into the peaceful vacation you're looking for. You may access the spring-fed waterfall directly from the property and go for a swim. Permits: STVR-19-350887 NUC-19-552 You will love how open and bright this home is. Natural lighting fills every room. The construction of this home was designed with special attention to every detail. The sinks are made from beautiful copper, all of the cabinets were made by a local furniture maker with beautiful native woods. There are so many cozy places throughout the home to lounge and rest and simply enjoy the incredible jungle views. From inside the home to out on the lanais (Hawaiian for balcony), you can rest comfortably. Do you need a soak in an over-sized jacuzzi tub with jets? If so, we have you covered. Enjoy your own personal spa experience in the master suite, which also has a walk-in shower, double sinks, and vanity area. Are you interested in exploring the abundance of local produce and fresh meats that Hawaii island has to offer? If so, we have all that you need in the kitchen to prepare local style feasts at home. You are also right in Hilo town and have easy access to some of the island's best restaurants. Both bedrooms have king sized foam mattresses with extra blankets and pillows. In the upstairs master suite, there is a little space for your computer or journaling or art or whatever you like. You also have an incredible private lanai from the master suite. The views from up here might just entice you to never leave. If you are down for a rugged little jungle hike, you can swim in the beautiful fresh water spring and get up close to the year-round waterfall. There is a palm tree-lined trail right from our property that will take you down there. You have complete access to the home, property, and beautiful - swimmable waterfall. We are currently living in California, but will provide you with our local contacts when your reservation is confirmed. You may always contact me via email, text, or call and we will immediately respond and help with whatever you might need. Enjoy the convenience of self check-in and check-out. Located in the Reed's Island neighborhood and surrounded on both sides by rivers, streams, and waterfalls—walk through the area and admire the historic homes. Hilo town and beaches are nearby, and the Volcano National Park is 30 minutes away. Hilo and East Hawaii is the perfect choice if you want to an authentic Hawaiian experience. You might also explore the world's most advanced telescopes on Mauna Kea and our gorgeous local brackish water black sand beaches. You will want a car to access the local destinations. Walking from the house is quite enjoyable, but more ideal for sight seeing. Please be advised that the yard is still a work in progress and is therefore a bit rugged to get around. Also, as our guest, you must accept 100% responsibility of your person and your possessions and release all liabilities from the homeowner.

We are perfectly located in the privacy and safety of the Waikoloa Beach Resort just 18 miles north of Kona International Airport. We are on the 8th fairway of the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course. We are adjacent to the King's Shops with upscale stores as Tiffany, Tommy Bahama, Tory Birch, Roy's Bar & Grill, Coach and many more. We are directly across the street from The Queen's Marketplace with a Gourmet Grocery Store with EVERYTHING you will need, a Resort Style Mall with Starbucks, surf shops, fashion, art & jewelry, fine dining and food courts. We are across the street and a short walk to Ana'ehoomalo Bay. It is a palm fringed, salt & pepper beach with calm waters, perfect for families, snorkeling or lounging by the bay. You will have the run of the condo! Two bedroom, two bath approx. 1200 square feet plus a gorgeous lanai with spectacular tropical views of the sunset, golf and lake views. I love to be out here listening to the birds and watching the geckos creep along the trees. The pool is just across the driveway! We try to jump in after happy hour, before the sunset or in the morning before heading out to explore the island. There are new cardio machines in the workout room. It is located between Building A & B on the East side of the complex. Call or text me any time to ask questions. We also have an "On Island" hostess that can help you with anything, Max (808)854-4419. We are sure you will have a great time! The condo is on the 8th fairway of the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course. Several restaurants and bars with live music are nearby. You must try to get to the sunset every day. They are epic! I recommend a car just because you will want to explore the beauty of the Island, but you can take a bus or taxi to the Waikoloa Beach Resort from the airport. Once up here, there is a shuttle that can take you around the resort and to the close neighboring resorts. Feel the aloha as you unwind at this beach chic gem. The residence features a gorgeous palette of sea glass colors bringing the ocean hues inside. A unique feature of this condo are the grand master suites each with a private ensuite bath located on opposite ends of the condo, offering the ultimate in privacy. A second unique feature is the double size lanai shaded by a flowering plumeria tree. Enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails relaxing in the 2 plush club chairs. Consider dining alfresco at the lanai table that accommodates 6 guests. Enjoy the rainshower heads in the upscale baths. Both bedrooms are very large and private as they are located on opposite ends of the condo, linked in the center by the kitchen and living room. Each bedroom has a private ensuite bath with double sinks. Each bedroom contains large double mirrored closets for hanging clothes, shelving for folded clothes and a dresser. The living room furniture has been upgraded with down fill for comfort. Guests are able to access the entire interior and lanai space on one level. There is one locked closet in the master bathroom for housekeeping service items. Guests have access to my Property Manager in person, by phone and by email. Guests also have my cell phone number and email. I am able to assist guests in their requests/needs/vacation planning and suggestions at all times. The condo is in Wailea, a pristine well-kept community. Maui's 5 world class beaches are located in this neighborhood all within a few minutes' drive. There is also fine dining, shopping, and a grocery store within a 10 minute walk. The island and area is serviced by Uber and also a local open air shuttle service, Turtle Tracks I check in with all guests within 24 hours of their arrival via email to inquire if the condo was properly cleaned and prepared for their arrival and to ensure they arrived safely. We are able to offer complete guest satisfaction as housekeeping will come back out and remedy any cleaning issue that does not meet expectations.
