Built in 1945 our home is a craftsman cottage style home is located in Abilene's Old Elmwood neighborhood. Our home is fully furnished with a comfortable style to make you feel like you are at home. Our home is 5 minutes away from McMurry University and 10- 15 minute drive to ACU, and Hardin-Simmons University. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the entire home including both bedrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, washer/dryer, and back patio. Self checkin with smartlock.

Alexander Acres- A farmhouse with room for horses!

The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with 2 living spaces, 2 spaces for dining, and a well-equipped kitchen. In addition, there is a home office set up in the middle bedroom to plug your computer into, making the house a great place to work on the road. The barn provides extra parking and room for a trailer. There is also an outdoor space with seating and a BBQ grill. Enjoy an extremely comfortable room, including a comfy queen size bed, futon, Wi-fi, TV (use your own streaming service), refrigerator, Keurig coffee pot, microwave and a large walk-in shower. Outside the Bungalow includes a patio and plenty of parking. The yard is a shared yard-space with the main house. I do have 2 very friendly dogs that do not share their yard with other pets.
