The Sheep Pen, a double bedroom with a double sofa bed downstairs and The Byre, with two double bedrooms. Guests have access to our 60 acres of land where we keep rare breed sheep and deer.

It's perfectly situated to explore Hay on Wye with it's array of vintage, fashion, home and map shops plus an abundance of cafe’s, restaurants, pubs and even a music venue.

It is slightly quieter here than in the heart of the town but is still only a 5 minute walk into the centre. It is very easy to access the river walks, simply taking the path to the right of the church. The cottage is full of character with wooden beams, a wood-burning stove, the original fireplace in the bedroom, wooden flooring throughout the downstairs, and a beautiful south-facing garden.

The Black Mountains and the River Wye are on our doorstep and the property is perfectly situated to explore not only Hay-on-Wye but also the surrounding Black Mountains, Wye Valley and the Brecon Beacons National Park.
