Slow living on the farm. Welcome to Coop d’État Farm Retreat on Kings Mountain—set among old-growth redwoods with ocean views, a fire pit & a private hot tub. The apartment sits on our working glamping property, where chickens roam, goats graze, dogs stand guard, and our cats supervise from afar. We’re a 10-minute walk to the Purisima Open Space trail network. This cozy apartment occupies the lower floor of our home & includes a private entrance and parking, access to a shared picnic & BBQ area.

Centrally located for work or play. This open concept 2 bedroom is a peaceful break away. Given the open concept design - there is not a lot of privacy between bedrooms, just a big bookcase room divider b/w the rooms. There are a few sitting area's outside and a green roof too! Walk on private 150 year old logging trails at this historic getaway. Enjoy the natural beauty of the surrounding Redwood forest. Cozy up in a 40' New 2024 RV. Our 'sister guesthouses' consist of two small side-by-side cabins (you get both) located behind our home, nestled in a verdant hillside garden that our friends and family lovingly call ‘Little Tuscany’. This private oceanfront retreat offers direct beach access, lush gardens, and a spacious lawn. Walk to restaurants, music venues, and galleries nearby. Relax in the hot tub with ocean views or gather around the fire pit at sunset. Surfer’s Beach and Princeton Harbor are just north, and the Coastal Trail passes by for scenic biking and walking.
