Das grundsanierte Fachwerkhaus aus dem Jahre 1901 steht auf Fels und meterdicken Natursteinmauern, die sicher sehr viel älter sind. Heimbach ist ein kleiner, gemütlicher Luftkurort im Nationalpark Eifel mit vielen Cafés und Restaurants. Hier gibt es zahllose Wander- und Radfahrwege und der große Rursee mit vielen Wassersportmöglichkeiten ist gleich um die Ecke.
