Overlook the City's Rooftops at a Bright, Bohemian Haven

In the apartment you will find: - 1 big living room with a comfortable sofa, armchair, big working/dining table and a TV, overlooking the rooftops of Ghent - 1 fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, water boiler, dishwasher, fridge, French press and coffee grinder - 1 bedroom for 2 people (king size bed) overlooking the main street - 1 smaller bedroom with a box spring bed for 2 people and a desk - 1 bathroom with a bathtub and a standing shower - separate toilet - utility room with a washing machine, drying machine, ironing board, iron and a drying rack The apartment is equipped with a high-speed Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with a shampoo, conditioner, make up remover, body lotion and various other hygienic products. Please take note, that the apartment is not suited for young children (say under the age of 5) since we are not equipped for this and also the furniture is not adjusted (glass coffee table for example). The apartment is on the 3rd floor, with no elevator. The apartment is very close to both public buses and trams. You will find the nearest tram station, Vogelmarkt (tram line 2), just around the corner, and the nearest bus station, Gent Zuid (most bus lines), a couple of streets away. A friend or I will welcome you and provide you with keys and a tour of the apartment. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions at all! Als wij ons smalle straatje komen inrijden, hebben we zelf nog steeds het gevoel dat we op vakantie zijn.......De Graszode is een oude zandrug waar een aantal boerenwoninkjes gebouwd zijn. Ons boerderijtje heeft een stenen tuinhuis met terras, serre en overdekte veranda. Ruimte en rust, een weiland met paarden, Veerse Meer op fietsafstand. Ons huisje is niet geschikt voor baby's/kinderen. Maar wel voor mede-musici die op vakantie willen komen en toch iedere dag even willen studeren.

Comfortable, Sunny, Spacious, but central with real cosy fire heating. At a short distance (by car) the cities, of Middelburg, Goes and Vlissingen, habor Vlissingen, Antwerpen, Brugge, Gent. The cities Brugge and Gent are also at a reasonable distance. The beach is justh 20 min drive awau. A family with 2 young children fits. But 3 Adults is too much. ( longstay: 1 employee)
