The nobility house built in 1757 was home to noble families and aristocrats. The home is connected to The Yellow Palace, which King Frederik the 6th bought in 1810 and in 1837 King Christian the 9th lived there until 1865 where he moved next door to Amalienborg Palace, the home of our Queen and future King.

Cykelväg finns runt hörnet och via den kommer man norrut till Mölle, Kullaberg och Krapprup. Söderut når man Höganäs. Är man intresserad av fiske finns goda möjligheter att fiska från stranden. Lägenheten är en avdelad biyta i en större villa. Det är egen ingång och altandörr mot trädgård. Badrummet har toa, handfat, dusch, tvättmaskin och torktumlare.

Ytan är ca 74 kvm, fördelat på kök, badrum, sovrum med dubbelsäng samt två vardagsrum, varav i det ena finns en bäddsoffa. Gården lummig och inbjudande och erbjuder flera sittplatser.

Lejligheden ligger i et roligt villakvarter. Der er to minutters gang til Hornbæk Plantage. Det er en hundeskov og det tager kun 10 minutter, at gå ned til kysten. Hunde er velkomne, men vi er old school og accepterer ikke hunde i seng, stol, sofa og andre møbler. Din hund skal kunne sove på gulvet og vi stiller gerne en hundeseng til rådighed.
