AND THERE IS NO LONGER A CARETAKER ON THE PROPERTY so guests have the whole property to themselves.

There is one Ring camera pointed up the driveway for safety purposes. Huge wrap around covered porch and large deck and pool to enjoy outdoors.

Must be 21+ in age to stay at the cottage. Darling cottage with lots of original charm. Modern Bath and Kitchen with great outside decks overlooking Vineyard, Pond, and Mountains. Only 15-25 minutes to the Biltmore House, Sierra Nevada, Asheville or Hendersonville. Beautiful sunsets over the mountains. Many guest celebrate Anniversaries with us! Romantic. Located within biking distance to downtown's restaurants, breweries, and shops but tucked away on a beautiful wooded lot - truly the best of both worlds!! 20 minutes to Pisgah Forest,Dupont Forest, Asheville Airport, vineyards, etc.! 3 Ski Mountains within 70 minutes!
