Totally private self-contained private in-law studio in private home in Henniker, New Hampshire, near Pat’s Peak Ski Area, and New England College. 1 Queen bed sleeps 2 and 1 single bed 1. If the single bed is needed please notify us when you make the reservation. The walkout basement has its own entrance, kitchenette, bathroom, and patio with a small grill. Nice yard in wooded area, rivers, lakes and mountains with recreational activities nearby. Suitable for 2-3 people. No pets, no smoking.

Welcome to our cozy and peaceful cottage near it all! Your temporary home at the foot of the Lakes Region and amongst many ski areas is an hour from the White Mountains, Boston, and New Hampshire’s beautiful seacoast. There are endless places to explore within a short driving distance, no matter the season. The cottage has its own entrance and parking across a large garden from our home. We are available or invisible, whichever you prefer. Come enjoy all that New Hampshire has to offer!

Come and enjoy a relaxing stay at our peaceful cottage on Daniels Lake. The small, recently-renovated home is in a rural setting but close to restaurants, shopping, parks, ski slopes, golf courses, lakes and quaint New England villages. The large deck has a gorgeous view of the lake. Four kayaks, two canoes, standup paddle board and pedal boat are available to use on the lake which is known for its good fishing. Two bedrooms, dining room and living room overlook the lake and woods.
