Welcome to our off-the-grid "Glamp Camp" at Sweetwater Farm! Tucked away on the back of our 40 acre farm, this one-room cabin sleeps 2 people comfortably. Outside you'll find a private fire pit & charcoal grill, a shared outdoor kitchen pavilion w/ gas grill (stocked with cooking supplies) & an outdoor bathroom w/ a real flushing toilet, sink and outdoor shower. Access the Tooky River (great for swimming, kayaking and fishing) just steps away & enjoy plenty of space, privacy & beautiful scenery!

Just minutes from town yet in a quaint residential neighborhood, the apartment attached to our 1820 historic home is a warm and inviting place to stay while visiting lovely New London, New Hampshire. The town includes many shops and restaurants, along with Colby Sawyer College and The New London Barn Playhouse. Minutes from Little Lake Sunapee and Pleasant Lake, both with beach areas and boating access for summer visitors, and close to Mts Sunapee, Kearsarge and Ragged, for hiking and skiing.

Winter: Snowmobile trails are located across the street, and skiing/tubing at Pat’s Peak are only 5 miles away. 🚭 No smoking permitted inside the cabin. If you are going to a concert at the Arena, working downtown, visiting Elliot Hospital, or needing a place to stay while in the Manchester area, it is the place for you.
