This is a cosy apartment perfect for families or groups of friends. It is composed of 2 bedrooms and a modern kitchen open on the living room. We can accommodate up to 6 people. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the Apls and on the valley. The apartment is located 10 minutes walking distance from the center and 5 minutes by car to the ski lifts. This rent is done directly to me, the landlord. Board games, children games, books, comic books, video tapes and a Chromecast are at your disposal.

Il possède 10 lits, 4 chambres, 1 salle de bain, 2 salles de douches, 1 sauna, 1 cuisine bien équipée, un living avec feu ouvert, une mezzanine et 2 terrasses. Ces 2 terrasses permettent de bénéficier de l'ensoleillement oute la journée. Vous profitez d'une vue vers la vallée du Rhône et le Val d'Hérens. Vous pourrez y admirer la Dent Blanche et le Cervin. En hiver, vous aurez accès au domaine des 4 Vallées (Verbier, Nendaz, Veyzonaz)

Luxury romantic Chalet Cuckoo, Ayer. 10 minutes drive to Grimentz, Zinal and St Luc ski areas. Located in the Val D'Anniviers between Verbier and Zermatt. Chalet Cuckoo is a raccard (barn on stilts) constructed on a masonry base. Inside the raccard is a wood panelled double bedroom (160 cms bed) with a wardrobe, chair and heater - very romantic. In addition, there is a folding single bed in the bedroom, suitable for someone up to 1.7 meters or 80 kg and a double sofa bed living area.

There are multiple walking, hiking, cycling, picnicking, skiing, slating activities that you can enjoy by foot or by free bus. There is also a playing ground for children, beach-volley, petanque, table tennis and an outdoor barbecue.

Directement au départ de chemins de randonnées et des pistes de ski. Idéal aussi pour un temps de télé-travail. A 30 min à pied ou 3 minutes en voiture du village d'Evolène et ses commerces.
