Grandma's House is in the heart of the Black Hills, located 1 mile from Hill City, it is minutes away from Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Custer State Park and more. It sits alone on the edge of a meadow with hills directly behind it and a small, bubbly creek in front of the house. It has plenty of room for kids to run and play outside, and a cozy, quaint inside for families to enjoy each other's company. Grandma’s House is available for extended stays November thru April. Inside will be everything you need to make your vacation in the Black Hills a memorable one! Rustic, stone fireplace with buffalo and moose mounts. Fully equipped kitchen. Smoke-free home. 10 minutes from Rapid City, 35 minutes to Mt. Rushmore & Deadwood and 45 minutes to Sturgis or Custer State Park. Paved roads!

The Sage - Hinterwood Inn & Cabins

The Sage is part of Hinterwood Inn and Cabins and sleeps up to 4 people. It has one bedroom with a king bed, a daybed/trundle (two twin mattresses) in the living room. It has a full kitchen with a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, a regular coffee pot, dishes, utensils, and pots and pans. It includes one full, spacious bathroom with a shower (no tub). It's approximately 500 sq. feet. Enjoy the private fire pit area, the gas grill outside, and the expansive outdoor spaces on the property.

Beautiful home in a residential neighborhood on the West Side of Rapid City. Perfect for families and gatherings. You will have access to a two car garage, above ground pool, trampoline, large outdoor deck, fire pit, and a grill that’s available when the weather permits. The house is almost 80 years old and there are some features that are still from the 50s and we like those. We don't plan on changing them so if you're looking for a totally updated house this house might not be for you.

Upper two levels of my four level mid-century modern home with private entrances! Located in a quiet cul-de-sac near the foothills of the Black Hills and ~10 min from downtown Rapid City. This property features ample living space, a fully equipped kitchen with complimentary breakfast, plenty of natural light and a spacious back yard. It includes two bedrooms and one bathroom. I live on the completely separated lower levels of the home so you can enjoy the upper levels all to yourself!
