Only 8 minutes to the village of Charlemont and 5 to the Tannery Falls entrance of the Savoy State Forest. During your escape on the mountain rest assured that you’re only a 30 minute drive to Norths Adams, Greenfield. Highlight your visit with journeys to Berkshire East Ski Resort, Thunder Mountain Biking, Zoar Outdoor River Rafting, MASS MoCA, or the Clark Art Museum.

Small, rustic cabin in the woods behind our home. The cabin has electricity, but no running water. Drinking and cooking water are provided from a hand pumped container. The cabin is a beautiful place to slow down, connect to nature and one's self. If you love to camp, you will love the cabin. It is the perfect locale for a personal retreat. We are happy to arrange a yoga class at our home studio as well. It is like a tree house, where all are welcome to come, simplify life and just be.

It is tucked away on a private 9+ acre estate with 4 large bedrooms, 2.5 baths. The Master Bedroom can be your own private getaway with 2 balconies. One overlooks the large living room with floor to ceiling windows and stone fireplace. The other overlooks the expansive property. It's definitely a tranquil place to rest and relax.

Built from a saved, moved, & reconstructed 1850s- era barn from a former local dairy farm, this upstairs studio space features views of the Berkshire Mountains and walking paths on the 5 acre grounds. 20 mins from Jiminy Peak. 20 mins from Tanglewood Music Center. The space has a queen bed, sofa, kitchen area with fridge, sink, oven, stove, microwave, Keurig and coffee, toaster, and cooking essentials. **EV Charging Station coming sometime summer of 2023. Under COVID-19 regulations in Massachusetts, I am required to allow at least 24 hours between guests. It's a drag, but it is intended to keep us all healthy! The Beaver Dam is a sunlight-filled & recently renovated cabin tucked in the woods, overlooking the October Mountain State Park and steps away from Basin Pond. We are located close to a number of excellent ski slopes. Our cottage is the last house on a private road and right next to protected forest. You can't ask for more privacy, peace and quiet than you'll find at our little piece of paradise on the pond!
