Der er kun ét åbent rum og sommerhuset derfor perfekt til et romantisk getaway, weekend med veninder eller en barselsudflugt til naturen. Der er to dobbelt senge, lille køkken med ovn, køleskab og opvaskemaskine, et toilet, et brusebad og en stor solrig træterrasse, hvor du finder en gasgrill og dobbelt solseng. Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Summerhouse Rørvig - Skansehage Beach & family

Sommerhus i Rørvig i det eksklusive Skansehage. 3000 m2 naturgrund i det smukkeste lyng og natur landskab. 3. række til vandet med privat badebro. 100 meter til vandet på Kattegat siden og 400 meter til vandet til den rolige Skansehagebugt. Huset er beliggende idylisk og roligt 1.5 kilometer fra Rørvig havn hvor der er masser af liv og indkøbsmuligheder. Nyrenoveret Kalmar A-hus. Et super lækkert sommerhus til familien der skal på sommerferie eller en weekendtur ud af byen.

FIRST ROW TO THE BEACH - Splendid view

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84+10 sqm holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. To the North and West you will find only fields. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

Super hyggeligt sommerhus beliggende 250m fra lækker børnevenlig sandstrand. Huset ligger i gåafstand til Nykøbing Sjælland hvor der ligger gode spisesteder og dagligvarebutikker. Huset har en dejlig ugeneret terrasse med grill, havemøbler, terrassevarmer og bålfad, til de skønne sommeraftener. Grunden ligger på en stille vej op til et lille stykke skov men med en pæn plan græsplæne til havespil. Der er 2 cykler til fri afbenyttelse og kun 6 km til hyggelige Rørvig.

Danish island summerhouse – fjord view

Our modern summerhouse is situated at Oroe in Isefjorden. The house lies on a 'hilly' plot owerlooking Isefjorden almost at the end of a gravel road. From the beach you can fish and swim. And then Oroe is only 1,5 hours drive from Copenhagen. If this house is booked, feel free to see our other house on Orø.
