Welcome to Studio 5 Grand Haven. A quaint and quiet upper (2nd Floor) apartment located in Downtown Grand Haven. Enjoy walking in the city to visit the many shops, boutiques, restaurants, breweries, wine tasting, art galleries, museum, or farmers market. Experience the waterfront and famous musical fountain from the waterfront stadium. Take the 25-minute walk on the waterfront boardwalk to enjoy the sand and water and a sunset at the premier Midwest destination for sunsets. Pure West Michigan.

Franklin House-Front Condo

The Franklin House is a historic home that contains 3 condos. Located downtown, across the street from the restaurants, bars, stores, coffee houses and museums and one block from the waterfront/musical fountain. GH State Park is 1 mile down the boardwalk. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Each condo sleeps 4, which is our legal limit and enforced. All units have private entrances/outdoor spaces with tables, chairs and Weber grills.

Log House Apartment

Executive, cozy one bedroom, one bath, lower unit apartment. Full kitchen and full bathroom, with washer/dryer combo. Private entrance and private patio. Comfy queen bed in the bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room. Wi-Fi and cable channels available. Located in a safe, quiet, wooded, country neighborhood close to Grand Haven, and Holland, with access to many parks, beaches, and golf courses. The apartment is perfect for business travelers, couples or small families visiting the area.

Just minutes from the many area beaches, attractions, wineries, breweries, restaurants, shopping, vineyards, orchards, wineries, and Downtowns Saugatuck, Douglas, Fennville, South Haven and Holland. This is a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle, but only a few minute drive to town.

The Coach House is in an eclectic neighborhood on Lake Michigan. Grand Mere State Park is a year around beautiful place for hiking by small lakes and through beautiful sand dunes. A small beach is a 2 minute walk away. The family room and kitchen face Lake Michigan with lots of windows. The house has a queen bedroom, queen pullout in family room, and laundry. A gas FIRE PIT and a HOT TUB are located on the back patio directly on Lake Michigan with a spectacular view behind the main house.

Oval beach as been named one of the best beaches in Michigan and is only a 5 min drive. Or, walk to the chain ferry and hike down to the beach. Explore Holland, just a 10 min drive north, Fennville and wineries 10 min south. Unwind at the Gem with a glass of wine on the private enclosed porch. Private parking space included.

An upstairs unit, its 25 steps to a perfect getaway that is close to everything that downtown South Haven has to offer! Private access to a rooftop deck with showstopper views of the river & marina. 1-bedroom with a private entrance from the sidewalk, a small kitchen, bathroom, and living room.

Will work for 1 to 5 guests. Great for families, a couple, small group or in town working. We have a basement apartment with a Private Entrance! BR with 1 queen bed, and 1 twin bed. LR with pull out full size sofa sleeper ( twin day bed available) and 3 TV ‘s … foosball, darts, pool table and dining table. Private bath and well equipped private kitchen. 10 minutes to downtown Holland or Saugatuck. Quiet subdivision. Close to Laketown Beach, Sanctuary Woods Park and Macatawa Bay Yacht Club.

A 3rd floor apartment at the top of a Victorian home just off the corner of Centennial Park. A short walk to everything downtown. From our guests: "The location couldn't have been better, and the apartment was SO spacious, with everything we needed. Newly remodeled, very cozy space. One queen sized bed. Kitchen contains microwave, mini fridge, air fryer and outdoor grill. Very close to I196. Honestly, there is some highway noise but while being inside it’s harder to hear. Easy access to get to Holland, Saugatuck, and Grand Rapids. Security cameras on outside of premises. no smoking of any kind or drug use on premises. I clean this air bnb myself so if you have any problems with it not being clean please contact me immediately
