Welcome to your oceanfront sanctuary in Dana Point on the exclusive Beach Rd! This charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers unparalleled ocean views and private stairs leading directly to the sand. The main house has a fully equipped Kitchen along with direct access to the deck from both the living room and Primary Bedroom. The detached Guest Suite has its own full bathroom with bunks beds and a trundle. The front patio has peaceful firepit and a bbq, great for relaxing on cooler nights.
