Conveniently located next door to Central Charters and Tours and Captain Pattie's Restaurant, across the street from the Homer harbor. We have 4 more units. 3 on the spit and 1 house in town. Nestled in a wooded, private setting, this home was built in 2019. Enjoy the incredible views of Kachemak Bay, the Kenai mountains, three of our 5 visible glaciers and the Homer Spit. It is only a 3 minute drive to town, restaurants and medical facilities. Take a scenic 20 minute walk via the Reber Trail into town or Bishops Beach. Our home is ADA approved and wheel chair accessible. The Corry House is named in memory of Lt Paul Garay who served on the USS Corry and his wife Flo.

Small, sunny cottage is comfortable and self contained. It consists of a spacious entry way, a living room with kitchen corner, and a bed/bath room that features a built-in double bed and large shower. Open interior layout (no doors). Sleeps 2. High speed WiFi. I allow pets on approval. You must ask to bring them, tell me about your pet, and agree to the cottage pet rules with your reservation request (see House Rules section). Thank you.
