Park your boat up to 40’ on the private dock or take the ferry to surrounding islands. Or just relax, enjoy the kayak or swim in the crystal clear waters of the Bahamas. The airport, grocery store and restaurants are just 15 minutes away

This 3-bed, 2-bath home has large covered decks overlooking the Sea of Abaco. Upstairs there is a 1/1 with the open living offering addition sleep quarters, the dining and kitchen area, plus 1/1 on lower level that also looks out to the Ocean. Shared dockage adjacent the house. Only accessible by boat. We can arrange drop off and pickup.

Our caretakers will meet you upon arrival and are always a phone call away to make sure you have everything you need. Satellite TV and Wi-Fi are provided as well as a whole house generator in case of power outage.

Sea Merc is located in the Hope Town Settlement, overlooking the entrance of the harbour allowing for beautiful views of the lighthouse and sunsets. Sea Merc is minutes from the beautiful north beach, on the Atlantic Ocean and steps away from the Hope Town harbour. We offer a boat slip with each rental, accommodating a 32' boat. and a standby generator for unexpected power outages.
