Park your boat up to 40’ on the private dock or take the ferry to surrounding islands. Or just relax, enjoy the kayak or swim in the crystal clear waters of the Bahamas. The airport, grocery store and restaurants are just 15 minutes away

The beach on Great Guana Cay is two miles of the most pristine, powdered sand anywhere in the world. You will take in the view and walk straight onto the beach with direct access, steps from your private veranda on the dune. Uniquely, Sea Salt is also walking distance to the main settlement of Orchid Bay where you will have close access to marinas for dockage, bars, restaurants, and shops. Property includes an automatic generator, air conditioning in every room, and ultra fast Starlink WiFi.

This 3-bed, 2-bath home has large covered decks overlooking the Sea of Abaco. Upstairs there is a 1/1 with the open living offering addition sleep quarters, the dining and kitchen area, plus 1/1 on lower level that also looks out to the Ocean. Shared dockage adjacent the house. Only accessible by boat. We can arrange drop off and pickup.

For your convenience, there are a variety of restaurants, both take-out and dine-in near to the unit. We do suggest you have a rental car for getting around town and/or exploring our beautiful island. Our cays are accessible by boat only, there is a local ferry that is always a nice boat ride. We love our island and hope you will too!

Our friendly caretakers will greet you upon arrival and remain a phone call away. Satellite TV and Wi-Fi are provided as well as a whole house generator in case of a power outage.
