You will take in the view and walk straight onto the beach with direct access, steps from your private veranda on the dune. Uniquely, Sea Salt is also walking distance to the main settlement of Orchid Bay where you will have close access to marinas for dockage, bars, restaurants, and shops. Property includes an automatic generator, air conditioning in every room, and ultra fast Starlink WiFi.

This 3-bed, 2-bath home has large covered decks overlooking the Sea of Abaco. Upstairs there is a 1/1 with the open living offering addition sleep quarters, the dining and kitchen area, plus 1/1 on lower level that also looks out to the Ocean. Shared dockage adjacent the house. Only accessible by boat. We can arrange drop off and pickup.

Our friendly caretakers will greet you upon arrival and remain a phone call away. Satellite TV and Wi-Fi are provided as well as a whole house generator in case of a power outage.
