In a house in the Zurich metropolitan area (6km near city center, 12 min with car, 25min with public transportation) we rent an apartment with private entrance. The apartment has a new kitchen, dining area, office table and bathroom. The bed (110 cm) and a sofa bed (120cm) allow a stay for two people. The garden with barbecue, deck chairs and dining table can be shared. A small TV and free W-Lan connection is also available in the apartment and in the price! Car park (1 car) available in front of the house. Laundry can be used (including dryer). Surcharge depending on stay time. The hosts give you tips or answer questions about public transport, etc. Documents about this can be found already on the table. We speak: German, French, Spanish and English! WE LOOK FORWARD TO EVERY VISIT!

Cozy country house with beautiful views; detached; surrounded by greenery; 1.5 km from the village; 30-minute drive to the city, in the heart of a hiking area. Large lawn, terrace with views (pergola), fire pit/grill. The house includes a privat 2-room apartment with a separate entrance, not for rent. The access road to the house is a narrow private road with passing places. Winter: a 4WD vehicle is required in snowy conditions! Unfortunately, pets are not allowed due to my severe allergies.

A washing and drying machine are available for private use and 2 parking spots.

In this cosy accommodation you will spend a great time. Lake view and all around view of the countryside. The connection to public transport is very good, so that especially the cities of Zurich, Zug and Lucerne can be reached quickly. The apartment is located in a beautiful neighbourhood and the lake is just a stone's throw away. There are the Badi, a beach volleyball court and training facilities. The apartment is furnished with high quality materials.

Lage ist perfekt, 3 Minuten zur Autobahn oder 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Zug. 12 Minuten nach Zürich. 180m², im Parterre mit Lift zur Garage und eigener Waschküche, 1 Master Bedroom, 1 Kinderzimmer, 1 offenes Büro, rollstuhlgängig, mit Kamin/Cheminée, zwei Terrassen, Tiefgarage, alle Wohnräume mit Parkett... Familien mit Kindern willkommen, Rauchen und Parties in der Wohnung nicht erlaubt.

Die Einrichtung ist hell, modern und gemütlich. Der Schlafbereich verfügt über ein Doppelbett (180x200 cm). Der Arbeits- und Essbereich ist hell und mit Blick in den Vorgarten. Der kleine Sitzplatz ist zur alleinigen Benutzung. Das Studio liegt zentral in der Stadt. In Sichtweite zum Studio befindet sich die Bahnlinie. Die Züge fahren langsam, sind aber hörbar. Ab Mitternacht fahren keine Züge mehr und die Nachtruhe ist gewährleistet.

Die Villa Kunterbunt ist ein sehr charmantes Haus mit zauberhaftem Blick auf den Zürichsee. Das Haus wurde 2020 komplett renoviert und offeriert drei Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Boxspringbetten, 2 Bäder, 1 voll ausgestattete Küche und 1 Wohn- und Esszimmer. Der Garten bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Zürichsee. Im Garten befindet sich ein Gemüsebeet und ein Hühnerstall (ohne Hahn!). Mindestaufenthalt: 2 Nächte

Entspanne dich in dieser ruhigen Umgebung in der Pfannenstielregion zwischen Greifensee und Zürichsee. Auf der einen Seite des Hauses erreichst du in wenigen Gehminuten die Forchbahn, die dich in 25 Minuten Mitten in die Stadt Zürich bringt, auf der anderen Seite führt ein Wanderweg auf den Pfannenstiel.
