In a house in the Zurich metropolitan area (6km near city center, 12 min with car, 25min with public transportation) we rent an apartment with private entrance. The apartment has a new kitchen, dining area, office table and bathroom. The bed (110 cm) and a sofa bed (120cm) allow a stay for two people. The garden with barbecue, deck chairs and dining table can be shared. A small TV and free W-Lan connection is also available in the apartment and in the price! Car park (1 car) available in front of the house. Laundry can be used (including dryer). Surcharge depending on stay time. The hosts give you tips or answer questions about public transport, etc. Documents about this can be found already on the table. We speak: German, French, Spanish and English! WE LOOK FORWARD TO EVERY VISIT!

Unser Haus liegt mitten in vielen gut ausgeschilderten Wanderwegen. Im Umkreis von 20 bis 50 Kilometer befinden sich Zürich mit seinem See, Luzern, Einsiedeln und auch Engelberg, mit dem berühmten Titlis, der in kurzer Reisezeit erreicht werden kann. Our house is located in the middle of many well-marked hiking trails. Within the radius of 12 Miles to 31 Miles is Zurich with its lake, Lucerne, Einsiedeln and also Engelberg with the famous Titlis. Can as well be reached in a short travel time.

This quiet Oasis with a private garden terrace is located in Küsnacht only 2 walking minutes from Lake Zurich. The cozy apartment is ideal for 2 to 4 people. The master bedroom on the ground floor offers a comfortable queen size bed and a big modern closet. On the lower floor is the guest room with 2 single beds (either separate or put together), a working desk and a big closet. The kitchen is fully equipped. A washing and drying machine are available for private use and 2 parking spots.

The apartment is located in Kilchberg, directly on Lake Zurich with a balcony and great lake view. Right across the street there are many spots with beautiful views over lake Zurich and the possibility to take a swim in summer. The apartment is 15 minutes from Zurich downtown by train. The train station is 5 minutes by foot. There are many restaurants nearby and the next grocery store is 5 minutes by foot. It is a quiet residential building and we ask you to be quiet from 10pm - 7am.

Gemütliches Landhaus mit schöner Aussicht; freistehend; im Grünen; 1.5 km vom Dorf; 30 Auto-Minuten bis zur Stadt, mitten im Wandergebiet. Grosse Spielwiese, Aussichtsterasse (Pergola), Feuerring / Grill. Im Haus ist eine selbständige 2 Zimmer-Einlegerwohnung mit separatem Zugang. Die Zufahrtsstrasse zum Haus ist eine schmale Privatstrasse mit Ausweichbuchten. Winter: bei Schnee ist ein 4WD erforderlich! Leider keine Haustiere möglich, da ich starker Allergiker bin.

The connection to public transport is very good, so that especially the cities of Zurich, Zug and Lucerne can be reached quickly. The apartment is located in a beautiful neighbourhood and the lake is just a stone's throw away. There are the Badi, a beach volleyball court and training facilities. The apartment is furnished with high quality materials.

Familien mit Kindern willkommen, Rauchen und Parties in der Wohnung nicht erlaubt.

Die Einrichtung ist hell, modern und gemütlich. Der Schlafbereich verfügt über ein Doppelbett (180x200 cm). Der Arbeits- und Essbereich ist hell und mit Blick in den Vorgarten. Der kleine Sitzplatz ist zur alleinigen Benutzung. Das Studio liegt zentral in der Stadt. In Sichtweite zum Studio befindet sich die Bahnlinie. Die Züge fahren langsam, sind aber hörbar. Ab Mitternacht fahren keine Züge mehr und die Nachtruhe ist gewährleistet.
