The house's new renovations will make for a comfortable and trendy stay with all the amenities one could want, including great outdoor space. The house is just minutes from the French Broad River, the Appalachian trail, and downtown Hot Springs. Guests can take in the beautiful serene landscape as well as outdoor and indoor activities and delicious restaurants.

Take it easy at our beautiful cabin in Hot Springs, NC surrounded by nature and farm animals. Panther Branch Farm spans 30 acres of mountains, streams, waterfalls, and hiking trails. On our small farm we have chickens, bees, goats, and alpacas that love to be hand-fed. Originally a pole barn workshop, the cabin has been expanded into a peaceful retreat built with local lumber. Unwind in our outdoor spa with sauna and a spring bath or simply relax and take in the serenity of the National Forest.

The falls are lit after dark, and 38 windows and skylights pull in daylight by day, then frame the stars at night. Handcrafted furniture, leather sofa, deluxe hot tub, 10-speaker Sonos, color-changing lights, two fire pits, mossy creek pathways, flower beds across half the property blooming three seasons a year, and a private mile of trails that climb past a bench at every waterfall. Located on 60 acres of wooded land only minutes from the Appalachian Trail. It’s in a spectacular and unique location with easy road access and Hot Tub too.
