The Carriage House

The Carriage House is a gorgeous and cozy one bedroom one bath newly renovated cottage in the historic mountain town of Hot Springs, NC! The house's new renovations will make for a comfortable and trendy stay with all the amenities one could want, including great outdoor space. The house is just minutes from the French Broad River, the Appalachian trail, and downtown Hot Springs. Guests can take in the beautiful serene landscape as well as outdoor and indoor activities and delicious restaurants.

Farm Stay at Panther Branch with Sauna

Take it easy at our beautiful cabin in Hot Springs, NC surrounded by nature and farm animals. Panther Branch Farm spans 30 acres of mountains, streams, waterfalls, and hiking trails. On our small farm we have chickens, bees, goats, and alpacas that love to be hand-fed. Originally a pole barn workshop, the cabin has been expanded into a peaceful retreat built with local lumber. Unwind in our outdoor spa with sauna and a spring bath or simply relax and take in the serenity of the National Forest.

Our mountain sanctuary

Come relax and play in the great outdoors. Our area is abundant with lakes, rivers, waterfalls and hiking (the Appalachian trail is just a mile away). Our rustic cabin is built from 1875 hand hewn logs and is located on Spivey Creek in Unicoi County Tennessee. The towns of Erwin TN and Burnsville NC are just down the mountain for shopping convenience. For the arts, entertainment and airport convenience Asheville NC and Johnson City TN are less than an hour away. Come stay in our lovely cabin.

The Water Wheel • an A-Frame in the NC Mountains

The Water Wheel is our place to unplug and detox from the hustle and bustle of life. When we are not here enjoying this space we want to share it with you. Imagine yourself lounging by our fire pit with a local brew or taking in the mountain views from the hot tub then creating an amazing meal. Detox in our cedar sauna after a long hike. Or if you are exploring the area then it is the perfect home base for adventures in the mountains or to Asheville for breweries, dining or shopping.

Creekside suite - This central location is in the heart of town and great for couples, small families, friends, and solo travelers who are looking for affordable, convenient lodging while adventuring in the Hot Springs, NC area. This is one of 3 identical apartments that are perched above the main street above a provisions shop/cafe and outfitters store. Walk to restaurants, brewery, natural hot springs spa, shops, river, and trails. Clean and comfortable and on the Appalachian Trail.

The Nest, a mountainside retreat

The Nest is tucked into a grove of hemlocks, high above the creek and valley below. All types of vehicles have made the trek up the driveway, but we recommend 4-wheel drive. The seclusion of The Nest is unmatched and this tiny modern marvel comes with all you ask for, and so much more. Less than 25 min to downtown Asheville and minutes from the quaint mountain towns of Marshall and Mars Hill. Enjoy activities like hiking, skiing, and zip lines. Come stay with us in beautiful Appalachia! Annie is our renovated 1977 Airstream Argosy. She has traveled the US, but has officially retired & ready for more memories! Early-risers grab your coffee & enjoy the breathtaking sunrise rising behind the mountains, hang with our goats, sheep, ducks & chickens or relax in the hammock under the willows.
