The Stables - Tunstead Cottages Enjoy the peace of the Norfolk countryside. Our rural, dog friendly cottage on the outskirts of Tunstead. Close to the Norfolk Broads and the coast, yet only 30 minutes from the city of Norwich. The Stables is on an old farm on the outskirts of Tunstead village. In a peaceful part of rural Norfolk with views of the big Norfolk skies, farmland and fruit fields. Cottages have a pool but its on private hire and booking is separate also has a shared games room.

The studio has private entrance, en-suite bathroom, basic kitchenette and courtyard garden with outdoor cooking station and barbecue. It’s an extension of a family home but the private entrance means you can come and go as you please

Visit the famous “Roy’s” and Bewilderwood (3 min) or enjoy a drink watching the boat go by. The apartment offers ground floor, single level facilities including low profile shower. A king size bed and 2x single sofa beds + travel cot. Just minutes walk to bus and trains for easy access to the whole of Norfolk.

Full amenities to make your get-away as comfortable and cosy as possible. HOT TUB, FIRE-PIT and BBQ included! We are happy to allow children if accompanied by an adult as long as it is understood there is only the one double bed and a cot available on request.
