Downstairs, there is a lounge with a traditional fireplace and a dining room with table to seat six people. There is a downstairs toilet and a bathroom with bath and fitted shower. Outside is a decked area.

Close to Wentworth Woodhouse, Cannon Hall, Yorkshire Sculpture Park and the famous Rob Royds farm shop just across the road, where you can enjoy delicious food.
