Our 1840’s renovated grist mill is located in the beautiful Monadnock Region. The house and cottage are situated on twelve acres and includes gardens, an orchard, berry bushes, grape vines, beehives, a dog, and a tremendous waterfall. We are close to many of nature’s gems including Mount Monadnock, Pack Monadnock, the Heald Tract hiking trails, skiing, snowshoeing and swimming. Also the acclaimed MacDowell Arts Center, Andy’s Summer Playhouse, Andres Institute of Art and the Waldorf Schools.

Newly-renovated, 650 square foot cabin with a wall unit AC, fire pit, grill, smart TVs, kayaks, paddle board, and all the amenities you’ll need. (FYI: We also own another lakefront Airbnb right down the street that accommodates 10 guests. Ask for link.) *A brand new retaining wall and dock will be installed May 2024. This will extend and even out the lawn for nights around the firepit!

Enjoy the serene views and take in a sunrise or sunset or the stunning evening stars and moon on the back patio, stroll around the farm and hike our 1 mile nature walk. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. We are right in the city but you'll feel miles away. This two level guest home is surrounded by nature and very relaxing. Two bedrooms and two baths. Two king sized beds. One full bath with oversized tub downstairs. Upstairs bath with standing shower. Full kitchen and coffee and tea. Hot tub is included and available for use until late October. Pool is a separate rental and closed for the season.
