There is a seasonal garden lot by the House as well as an orchard where guests can pick fruit in season, surrounded by a view is of the breathtaking forested Trinity Mountains. My guest space is a small, private room (11x7, not incl bathroom) attached to the back of my house. The room has a private entrance off the backyard with an attached private bath. I offer keyless entry. Guests can enjoy the attached deck off the room and relax in a peaceful yard. The room is a burst of color to contrast with the gray days in Humboldt. The room is a short walk to the zoo and several restaurants. Old town is a quick drive.

It is a small and simple cottage with three beds and all the necessities needed to cook. The cottage's main heat source is a gas fireplace. WIFI service is available, there is no tv/entertainment center, so bring your laptop if you want to.
